While being a wealth management firm where historically such office spaces have been more formal with the typical “corporate” vibe, these clients wanted their office to feel more casual and relaxed. The building shell already encouraged this style and by adding in slightly more distinguished yet industrial features the mix of corporate casual was achieved.
